The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has announced an extension of the Round-3 UG Counselling schedule and introduced a resignation facility for candidates who secured seats through Round 2 of the Bihar state counseling. This update aims to provide relief to candidates who have been requesting changes.
Resignation Deadline for Bihar UG Counselling

Resignation Rules
- Round-1 candidates who didn’t get upgraded in Round 2 can resign without forfeiting their security deposit.
- Freshly allotted Round-2 candidates who joined but want to resign will forfeit their security deposit.
- Upgraded Round-2 candidates who joined but want to resign will also forfeit their security deposit.
- Resignation Process: Candidates must report physically to the allotted college to resign and ensure their Resignation Letter is generated online through the MCC portal.

- Resignation deadline: October 10, 2024 (12:00 noon)
- PwD portal re-opened until October 10, 2024 (12:00 noon)
