High Rau’s IAS Coaching Center’s Fees Becomes a Focus, Tragic Student Deaths!

Three UPSC aspirants died due to the flooded basement during heavy rainfall at the Rao IAS study center. This has sparked controversies over the payment of Rau’s IAS coaching center’s fees for these civil services aspirants.

According to the reports, Shreya Yadav from Uttar Pradesh, Tanya Soni from Telangana, and Nivin Dalwin from Kerala charged over ₹1 lakh as they completed their 9 to 10 months of coaching.

Rau’s IAS coaching center’s fees for general studies (Prelims and Mains) costs ₹1,75,500 (offline) and ₹95,500 (live-online). Moreover, the coaching of optional subjects costs ₹55,500 (offline) and 45,500 (live-online). Rau’s IAS coaching center also provides you with three months of costs ₹18,500 (offline) and 12,500 (live-online).

The parents of decreased aspirants expressed their concerns and struggled with paying the fees. Besides this, they are highlighting the issues of the high cost and the lack of safety measures at the center.

Shreya Yadav’s father revealed that he took a loan to pay the fees. As per the reports, he was not alarmed by his daughter’s death in a tragic incident on July 27th. Later on, her uncle informed him because of the ongoing controversies on various digital forums. The profession of her fathers is a dairy farmer and he raises his voice because it is not possible for him to pay the pending fees.

Around 7 p.m., the professor at the institute called the Delhi Fire Department because the students were trapped due to the water logging. However, the firefighters tried their best to pump out all the water inside. After that, they struggled to retrieve the bodies of students.

The police informed the media outlets that there were 30 students out of which they successfully rescued 13 to 14 aspirants and took them to the hospital and three died. The rest themself managed to escape.
