INAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria
For Ph.D.
- Completed or expected completion of (link unavailable) (link unavailable) degree (Physics, Applied Physics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Electronics, or Astronomy)
- B.E./ B.Tech./ M.E./ M.Tech. degree (any branch)
- 55% marks or more
For Joint
- Completing B. Sc. degree in Physics (with Mathematics up to 2nd year)
- B.E. / B. Tech. degree (any branch of engineering)
- Minimum 55% marks

Marking Scheme
- MCQs: 1 mark for each correct answer, -1/3 for 1-mark questions and -2/3 for 2-mark questions for incorrect answers
- MSQs: 2 marks for each correct answer, no negative marking
- NAT: 1 or 2 marks for each question, no negative marking
Section-wise Question Distribution
- Section 1: 30 MCQs (50 marks)
- Section 2: 10 MCQs (20 marks)
- Section 3: 20 NAT questions (30 marks)
