The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially announced the schedule for NEET Counselling 2024. The counseling process will begin on August 14, 2024. If you are a candidate then you are strictly advised to complete the registration before the deadline.
NEET Counselling 2024 Timeline
- August 14, 2024: NEET UG Counselling Round 1 begins
- Round 2, Mop-Up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round to follow

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects
- Qualified for the NEET 2024 Exam
Counselling Process
- 15% All India Quota seats will be counseled by MCC
- 85% of State Quota seats will be counseled by respective state authorities
- Counseling will be done in 4 consecutive rounds

The Step-wise Procedure of NEET UG Counselling 2024
- Step-1 Click on this link and submit the details including the stream (Medical/Dental), NEET UG roll no., application no., candidate’s name, birth date, security pin, etc
- Step 2 There will be a page of details so you have to read all the details and answer with “I agree” or “I do not agree.” If you want to carry forward the counseling process you have to answer with the ‘I Agree’ button.
- Step-3 After selecting, the login credentials will appear on the page and password.
- Step-4 Do not forget to fill in your personal details with your all eyes open because they will not change in the future. Re-check all the details and click on the ‘submit’ button.
- Step-5 You have to pay the Non- non-refundable registration fees and refundable registration fees. You can pay your fees through some mediums including Credit/Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.
- Step-6 After paying the fees, you have to select the college where you want to take admission. Always remember that your choices will be modified until you lock them.
- Step-7 Then, the authorities will declare your seat allotment.
- Step-8 The candidates have to report to their allotted college.

- NEET 2024 Result/ Rank letter issued by NTA.
- Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)
- Class 10th Certificate
- Class 10+2 Certificate (Vi). Class 10+2 Marks Sheet
- Eight (8) Passport-size photographs same as affixed on the application form.
- Provisional allotment letter generated online.
- Proof of identity (Aadhar/ PAN/ Driving Licence/ Passport)
