- TGT Science (PCM/CBZ): Bachelor’s Degree in Science/B.Tech/B.E with 50% marks and B.Ed.
- Hindi Teacher: Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi as an elective/optional subject
- Sanskrit Teacher: Bachelor’s Degree with Sanskrit as an elective/optional subject
- Telugu Teacher: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts with Telugu as a subject
- PET: +2 or equivalent examination with C.P.Ed/D.P.Ed/B.P.Ed/M.P.Ed
