Dr. Jha is an alumnus of Sainik School and Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, where he pursued his MBBS degree. He further specialised in radiology, obtaining a DNB in Radio Diagnosis. After all this, he served in the Indian Navy for over 20 years, where he held various positions, including serving aboard the INS Vikrant and as the Radiologist to the President of the Maldives.

Additionally, His experiences in the Navy have shaped him into a skilled and compassionate medical professional. This is not enough. After retiring from the Indian Navy, Dr. Jha returned to Bihar, his home state, to serve his community. Today, he runs a successful diagnostic centre in Patna, providing quality medical care to those in need.
