JEE Mains 2025 Guidelines

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released guidelines for candidates with disabilities appearing in the JEE Mains 2025 examination. These guidelines aim to provide clarity on issues related to scribes and compensatory time for PwD (People with Disabilities) candidates.

Who is Eligible for PwD Benefits?

To be considered under the PwD category, a candidate must have a benchmark disability, defined as “not less than forty percent of a specified disability” certified by a competent medical authority. This includes individuals with long-term physical, mental, intellectual, or sensory impairments that hinder their full participation in society.
