The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has announced the commencement of the online application process for the Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) prelims examination 2024. As of today, September 19, interested candidates can apply at the official website. This recruitment drive aims to fill 733 vacancies, with 346 posts in the Rajasthan State Service and 387 posts in the Rajasthan Subordinate Service.
Eligibility Criteria for RPSC RAS 2024
To apply for RAS 2024, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a graduation degree from a recognized university
- Be at least 21 years old and not more than 40 years old as of January 1, 2025

Selection Process
The RPSC will conduct a preliminary examination, followed by a mains examination and an interview/personality test ¹. The preliminary examination will consist of objective-type questions, carrying 200 marks.
Application Fee
The application fee for RPSC RAS 2024 is ₹600 for General, Creamy Layer of Backward Class, Most Backward Class, and Creamy Layer candidates, while Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Backward Class—non-creamy Layer, Most Backward Class—non-creamy Layer, Economically Weaker Section/Saharan Area, and disabled category candidates will pay ₹400.
